1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse will not be eligible for return.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at support@caintewatch.us with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

We will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.


3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please return the original and place a new order.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank or PayPal account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products
